We ensure customer orientation through target group-specific service offers, taking into account changed customer requirements. For us, customers are all interested parties. We count the participants and contracting companies. Also society in the broadest sense, which has an interest in compliance with the law, environmental protection and the conservation of resources. In addition, the economy with its market-oriented qualification requirements and the Federal Employment Agency with its aspiration to integrate graduates.

We only rely on qualified, full-time staff for management, teaching and administration. In exceptional cases, honorary staff with a corresponding contract are used. All employees regularly take part in further and advanced training. This ensures high-quality basic and advanced training for customers. We monitor the success of these measures through ongoing controlling.

The classrooms correspond to the type and equipment of modern adult educational and technical criteria and are adapted to the target groups. The used learning and social rooms and the sanitary facilities correspond to the requirements of the driving instructor law and the driver training regulations.

Potential course participants receive clear statements from us about the required access requirements. We will advise you personally to enable participant-oriented and appropriate learning. When offering continuing vocational training, current labor market and professional qualification requirements are taken into account and practical orientation is guaranteed. The teaching and learning material corresponds to the didactic requirements and standards. All offers are based on a didactic-methodical concept. The events focus on a variety of methods and participant activation. Adult-oriented learning and success controls ensure the success of the lessons.

When developing our educational offerings in accordance with the third Social Code (SGB III), we take the situation and the development of the labor market into account and support participants in their integration into the regular labor market.
